Les Indémodables – ‘the timeless ones’ - fragrances are made from start to finish in the Haute-Savoie region of France. Perfume expert and boutique owner Valerie Pulverail designed Les Indémodables as an olfactive wardrobe, using the best materials to create the classic styles without falling into the trap of imitation and pastiche. The result is a quintet of fragrances that are timeless, subtle, yet bold – as the name suggests.
Les Indémodables is created with L’Atelier Français des Matières, a fragrance company with an holistic approach to product creation, founded by Valerie’s husband Remi (previously in charge of natural ingredients supply and ethical partnership at Givaudan). The Atelier masterminds the entire process of creating a fragrance, thus making it unique in the world of Haute Parfumerie. Guidelines require the perfumers to use significant quantities of the most valuable natural extracts, thus acknowledging how the identity of a perfume comes from the soil where the plants grow, its scent taking colour from the weather, climate and atmosphere. Les Indémodables fragrances give a bright and refined perfume rendering on the skin.
Conceived and designed in Annecy, and featuring pure natural Alpine essential oils, plus elegant packaging designed by a local company, Les Indémodables can boast of being made entirely locally.
