How to Order
Orders may be made through this website, by telephone (only for known customers) or by post. Payment may be made on-line by Visa/Access/MasterCard/Maestro/AMEX or Direct Payment Card.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a new online customer, we will only fulfill orders if the delivery address matches the billing address. Subsequent orders may then be sent to a different delivery address.
We have various delivery options for customers to choose for product orders.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £5.50. Items will be sent First Class, and should be delivered within 24 hours. **
We also offer Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm*, at a cost of £7.00 through The Royal Mail, your items will be delivered before 1pm. **
This option is free, as standard, on all orders of £250.00 and over.
Alternatively, you can choose to have your product order delivered before 9am for the price of £24.00.
Cost of Guaranteed Delivery* to the Channel Islands is higher, at £10.00, and can only be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm.**
All product order deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
If goods are not immediately available, the supply time will take longer but you will be notified if this is the case by email or telephone.
Only 4 perfumed alcohol containers (up to 150ml each) can be sent in one parcel. If you are purchasing samples alongside goods please be aware that a sample of 1.5ml of fragrance is considered as 1 perfumed alcohol container.
Customers can choose to Click & Collect their products at either one of our stores. You must bring with you photo ID, the card you paid with, and a third party cannot collect on your behalf, for security reasons. Please note that you will receive a call from the designated store once your order has been acknowledged and picked, to confirm your stock is available for collection. As there can occasionally be slight fluctuations in actual physical stock levels, you should call the boutiques immediately if you require collection very soon after placing your order.

** All Next Day and Gauranteed Deliveries must be placed before 11am of the preceding day and are only processed Monday - Friday, not including bank holidays.
Only 4 sample vials can be posted in 1 parcel.
All ‘Sample Only’ orders are sent by Second Class post for £3.00 as standard. However you may request that your ‘Sample Only’ order be sent by 1stClass post for £1 extra. ‘Sample Only’ orders do not require a signature.
If you are not in at the time of delivery the postman/courier will generally leave a note to say that the parcel has been taken back to the depot where you may pick it up/ request a re-delivery.
We strongly recommend that you make use of the sample service to try before you buy. Once opened perfumes cannot be returned for subjective reasons.
If you are purchasing a fragrance as a gift we are happy to provide an accompanying free sample so that the recipient may try the fragrance for suitability before opening the gift.
Should goods arrive faulty, we will provide a replacement as appropriate. The faulty item should be returned with all the packaging and accessories as purchased along with the receipt and relevant documents within 28 days of purchase. It is advised that the item also be returned by recorded delivery. We can not replace goods or provide a credit note until we are in receipt of the goods.
