Behind silent monastery walls, candlelight illuminates iron-gall capitals traced onto stretched vellum. Scribe-drawn knotted strokes of beasts, birds & serpent’s tails fly out towards the margins.
Armarius evokes the medieval Irish scriptorium. Scented with an enfold of amber and thurible smoke carrying nibs of ink onto gilded scrolls.
