Where Do You Deliver?

We are authorised to ship products Worldwide although please note there are a few territories where we are still finalising local shipping arrangements. Note we are currently unable to ship to Ukraine; Russia and Belarus.

We are also unable to process orders to a P.O. Box

How Much is Delivery?

Standard UK Delivery - £3.95

Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.50

Monday - Friday for orders placed before 12pm - subject to availability. Items will be sent First Class and should be delivered within 24 hours but this is not guaranteed. Customers who require guaranteed delivery should use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 4pm service option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm - £7.00

Monday – Friday for orders placed before 12pm - subject to availability.

All orders are sent via recorded delivery, will require a signature and cannot be left in a safe place”.

In-Store Collection - Free

Online orders can be collected from our boutique and customers will be emailed when the order is ready for collection. 

To collect your order: please bring your email confirmation, bank card used for the transaction and a formal photo ID (passport or driving licence). If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, they will need to bring the confirmation email, your photo ID and proof of billing address. Pick up is available Monday to Saturday from 11am - 5:30pm.

International Orders - please contact us at online@lessenteurs.com to secure a bespoke shipping quote for orders to be shipped outside the UK.

Pre Order Policy

Pre-orders are made available on selected products. Shipping estimate times will be stated on the product page on our website and order confirmation email, however these dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. We will update our site with any changes if necessary and will endeavour to inform you of any delays to this date by email.

Please note that pre-order items are non-refundable unless faulty, however we do offer exchanges or store credit. For exchanges, the cost of postage for both original delivery and the return will be deducted, except for when the return is faulty.

Online Return Policy

UK Orders

We hope that you will love your online purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.

Please note that promotional/discounted items are exchange only (unless faulty) and samples are non-refundable (unless faulty).

 

To return a product, please contact our customer service team (email us at online@lessenteurs.com) to request a prepaid returns package. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.

We charge a £5 flat fee for returns (unless faulty) to cover all postage costs which will be deducted from your total refund. 

Providing the returned product satisfies our conditions for resale we will then issue a refund. Should the product fail to meet these conditions, a member of the team will contact you to discuss.

We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged as a result of the customer’s oversight or neglect.

We strongly recommend that you make use of the Sample Service to try before you buy. Once opened, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty on delivery. We cannot accept returns on the basis of a skin irritation/reaction and therefore encourage customers to try a sample before purchasing a full size bottle.

If you received a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our customer service team (email us at online@lessenteurs.com) within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return.

Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty before you have spoken to our customer service team. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.

International Orders

We are unable to accept any Returns unless the product is faulty and/or damaged. In the event of any damage please contact our Customer Care team online@lessenteurs.com for further help.
