How to Order
Orders can be made through this website, by telephone (for website or boutique customers) or by post.
Where Do You Deliver?
We are authorised to ship products to the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands.
We are unable to deliver outside of this territory.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box
How Much is Delivery?
Standard UK Delivery - £3.95/Free
£3.95 on orders under £50, complimentary on orders over £50. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.50
Monday - Friday for orders placed before 12pm - subject to availability. Items will be sent First Class and should be delivered within 24 hours.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm - £7.00
Monday – Friday for orders placed before 12pm - subject to availability.
All orders are sent via recorded delivery, will require a signature and cannot be “left in a safe place”.
Customers can choose to collect their products from our boutique in London. You must bring with you photo ID, the card you paid with, and a third party cannot collect on your behalf for security reasons.
Please note that you will receive a call from the boutique once your order is ready for collection.
We hope that you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.
To return a product, please contact our customer service team to request a prepaid returns package. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.
Providing the returned product satisfies our conditions for resale we will then issue a refund or offer an exchange. Should the product fail to meet these conditions, a member of the team will contact to discuss. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original delivery from your refund where the complimentary delivery option was selected.
We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged as a result of the customer’s oversight or neglect.
We strongly recommend that you make use of the sample service to try before you buy. Once opened, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are purchasing a fragrance as a gift we are happy to provide an accompanying free sample so that the recipient may try the fragrance for suitability before opening the product.
Items bought in-store should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.
Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
