Are you still doing online orders?
Yes, we are fulfilling online orders as usual. However, delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to the current circumstances, we apologise for any inconvenience.
What delivery options are available?
We are currently offering free delivery on all orders. However, we have limited our delivery options to 3-6 working days only.
What extra safety measures are you taking and is my order safe to receive?
Ensuring the safety of our staff and the satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. We are closely following government advice to minimise the risk to our staff and customers. All precautions are being taken to ensure hygiene and cleanliness when packing and dispatching your orders. Our orders are delivered through the Royal Mail service, for more information on their updates please visit the Royal Mail Coronavirus update page. Furthermore, Public Health England have said there is no current evidence suggesting the virus can be transmitted from packages.
Do I still have to sign for packages?
Royal Mail have changed their policy to accommodate for social distancing rules. The courier will no longer require a signature but will log the name of the recipient, this applies to all our deliveries.
When will you reopen your doors?
Due to the uncertain nature of the COVID-19 situation we do not know when we will reopen. However, we are closely monitoring the situation and will reopen when it is safe for our staff and our lovely customers. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
Can I still get product recommendations?
