Are you still doing online orders?
Yes, we are fulfilling online orders as usual. However, delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to the current circumstances, we apologise for any inconvenience.
What delivery options are available?
We are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £75. Orders below £75 are £3.95 for standard delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.50 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 4pm - £7.00.
Please bear in mind that your orders may take a little longer to reach you due to the current situation.
Our priority is to keep our customers safe and therefore we will not be offering our Click & Collect and Call & Collect services at this current time. Our website and delivery services continue to run as normal.
What extra safety measures are you taking and is my order safe to receive?
Ensuring the safety of our staff and the satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. We are closely following government advice to minimise the risk to our staff and customers. All precautions are being taken to ensure hygiene and cleanliness when packing and dispatching your orders. Our orders are delivered through the Royal Mail service, for more information on their updates please visit the Royal Mail Coronavirus update page. Furthermore, Public Health England have said there is no current evidence suggesting the virus can be transmitted from packages.
Do I still have to sign for packages?
Royal Mail have changed their policy to accommodate for social distancing rules. The courier will no longer require a signature but will log the name of the recipient, this applies to all our deliveries.
Can I visit the Belgravia Boutique?
