In the pendant perfume to Ormonde Man we smell again the bitter fragrance of black hemlock used here in shameless abundance. This is beautifully balanced with sumptuous sweet floral accords: musky absolutes of violet and jasmine which shine radiance into the darkness. A perfume of rare queenly elegance for the most poised and chic of women.

Twenty years after perfumer Linda Pilkington founded Ormonde Jayne, what a very great pleasure and privilege it is to welcome this gorgeous and much-loved British brand to Les Senteurs!
We like to think that Les Senteurs and Ormonde Jayne share much of the same philosophy when it comes to the art and magic of perfume. Linda sees each of her creations as a definition of true holistic elegance. Every one of her scents exhibits “the quality of English craftsmanship, the art of French perfumery and the sensuality & natural harmony of the Orient”.
Created in her own London laboratory, Linda’s dramatic and sensual creations are inspired by the innovation, experimentation and triumphs of the Golden Age of perfumery: that artistic epiphany of a century and more ago.
Ormonde Jayne applies the ethos of such noble Houses as Creed and Grossmith - all of which are also to be found represented at Les Senteurs. Like us, Linda Pilkington’s watchwords are patience, quality, authenticity and a sense of audacious olfactory adventure. She uses superb oils and impeccably sourced raw materials.
