Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem Referral and Thank You Rewards and form part of our full Terms and Conditions of Use.

Referrer Thank You Rewards

1. This Scheme is only available to existing Les Senteurs customers outside the UK and Channel Islands.
2. The referrer is offered a £15 promotional code for each referred friend who orders for the first time.
3. This Referral offer can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
4. In order for the referral to qualify for the Referral Thank You Reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Les Senteurs Limited and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
5. The referrer must be an existing Les Senteurs Customer to enable any promotional Thank You Reward Codes to be credited.
6. In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
7. Rewards are unique.  There are no limited on the number of Thank You Reward Codes that a Referrer can earn.   
8. A minimum spend of £150 (excluding postage and packaging) is required to redeem a Thank you Reward code and only one Thank You Reward code can be redeemed per order.
9. Thank You Reward codes will be delivered via email to the referrer following the referred friend's purchase, provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled and meets the conditions of the Scheme.  The Code will become invalid should the Referred Friend’s Order subsequently no longer meet the conditions of the Reward.
10. Thank You Reward codes are personal to the referrer and cannot be used by another individual.  Sharing Thank You Reward codes online, via email or by any other method is prohibited and invalidate the code.
11. Rewards will be valid for 12 months from the date earned by the referrer.
12. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
13. Les Senteurs reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any referred friend or referrer at any time.
14. Les Senteurs reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
15. The Thank You Reward code can be applied at the checkout at Lessenteurs.com.
16. The Thank You Reward code can be redeemed in-store.
17. The promotional code will not be reinstated if a customer returns an item and cannot be shared, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Referred Friend Rewards

1. This Scheme is only available to new Les Senteurs customers outside the UK and Channel Islands.
2. The referred friend is offered a £15 off referral code, to apply at check out when they place their first order totalling a minimum of £150 (excluding postage & packaging).
3. Once the referred friend has accepted the offer, the Referral code reward is valid for 12 months from the point of issue to the referred friend by the referrer.
4. In order to qualify for the Referral Code the referred friend must be a new customer to Les Senteurs and over the age of 18.
5. Referral codes are personal to the referred friend and Referral codes online, via email or by any other method is prohibited and will invalidate the code.
6. Any Thank You Rewards codes will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
7. Referral Codes are valid for one use only.
8. The referred friend Referral Code cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
9. Referred friend Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
10. The Referral code can be applied at the checkout at Lessenteurs.com.
11. Referral codes cannot be redeemed in-store.
12. The Referral code will not be reinstated if a customer returns an item and cannot be shared, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.
