Amber fragrances are well known for being warm, comforting yet sexy fragrances but interestingly the amber note itself doesn't really exist. The term ‘Amber’ comes from the arabic ‘Ambar’ or french ‘Ambre’ and is actually a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients such as vanilla, patchouli, labdanum, styrax and benzoin.
