James Heeley's Vetiver Veritas is a unique perfume event. 100% natural and 72% organic, this is a deep, complex and revelatory vetiver with superb depth and sillage which uncovers notes of sweet dry grass, sun-fed earth, mint and grapefruit in one of perfumery's most ancient and legendary oils. Heeley uses over 90% of Haitian vetiver to create this darkest and most radical of fougeres. The organic alcohol in which the formula is suspended is of rye and lavender: the best-kept secret is the way in which the orthodox olfactory pyramid appears inverted, with the golden citrus notes appearing at the base rather than the top of this stupendous scent.
