Serge Lutens is an iconic figure in the world of perfume, coiffure, cosmetics, photography and style. Now, tireless and still revolutionary at nearly 80, he has dominated the world of cutting edge fashion since the 1960s. These were the heady days when he took Vogue magazine by storm and created maquillage for Christian Dior; then later for Shiseido. In 2000 he launched his own luxury perfume line which revolutionised the concept of niche perfumery.
Modest, enigmatic, elusive Serge has lived for decades in Marrakech, city of his inspirations and obsessions.
